Rockaway Beach hosts and sponsors many Community and Public Events throughout the year including a Gala Fourth of July Celebration (always on July 4th), the Annual Rods and Relics Rod Run and the Hydroplane Short Course National Boat Races. All Events are open to the general public and provide visitors with the feel of true Ozark fun.  This also is an opportunity for local and outside vendors to set up and promote their specialty products.
